Sale of Crown land enquiry form

Before you apply

  1. Use the free NSW Planning Portal Spatial Viewer to:
    • check if the land is Crown land
    • obtain the Lot/DP
    • check the land is not currently licensed or leased
    • obtain zoning category
    • check if Crown reserve purpose is for public recreation, future public benefit or significant environmental value.
  2. Prepare the supporting documents for your online enquiry form. There is a total upload file size limit of 30 MB. If the supporting documentation is larger than 30 MB, you will need to provide a direct download link from a cloud service such as DropBox or OneDrive.

Supporting documentation

  • A site plan, diagram or survey showing the location of your enquiry is mandatory.
  • Evidence of authority to act on behalf of the enquirer where applicable.
  • A recent company search where the enquirer is a Company with an ABN/ACN which lists company officeholders (directors and secretaries).
  • A certificate of Incorporation (from NSW Fair Trading) where the enquirer is an incorporated association, including minutes showing elected office bearers.
  • Any other documentation in support of your enquiry.
