Before you apply
- This form should only to be used for objections to market rental redeterminations. It is not to be used to object to the removal of any rental rebate, waiver or concession.
- Objections will not be accepted if you:
- require financial assistance to pay your rent, or if the land has been impacted by natural disaster e.g., drought, floods, bushfires. Instead, email [email protected].
- If you would like to enquire about terminating your tenure if it’s no longer required, decreasing the size of the tenure to reduce your rent amount or purchasing the land, email [email protected].

- We are unable to reduce the rent if the rent amount is at the minimum annual rent. Visit Application fees and rents for information on the minimum annual rent amounts.
- Locate your Notice of Redetermination of Rent and review the Last Date to Object noted on the Notice.
- Prepare the supporting documents you may have to support your objection
Supporting documentation
- A market rental valuation report from a Certified Valuer, if applicable.
- Any other documentation that supports your objection application.
