- Conveyancing searches are only available to registered solicitors and conveyancers.
- This application must be submitted by a person authorised to act on the company's behalf.
Terms and Conditions
- Notices/tax invoices will be produced monthly for all searches processed in the previous month.
- If payment is not made promptly on receipt of the notice/tax invoice, requests for further searches may be refused until all outstanding amounts have been paid.
- Once the payment of all amounts owing has been made the provision of searches will resume.
