Pensioner Rebate online application

Before you apply

  1. This application must be submitted by the account holder or a person authorised to submit on their behalf.
  2. This form is for eligible pensioners who wish to apply for a rebate of up to 50% on the rent of their tenure.
  3. To check your eligibility read the Financial Concession guidelines document (PDF, 528 KB).
  4. Prepare the supporting documents you may have to support your online application form.

Supporting documentation

  • Evidence of authority to act where applicable
  • Certified copy of both sides of the Pensioner Concession Card or DVA Gold Card
  • Certified copy of drivers licence or identification card (e.g. NSW Photo Card) to verify your address
