Vesting (transfer) of Crown land to Northern Beaches Council

Crown Lands proposes to vest (transfer) land at Pittwater to the Northern Beaches Council

The land is located at 18 McCarrs Creek Road, Lot 2 DP 1249367. Please see yellow shaded area in the image below:

The land is currently used as a public road and carpark. The vesting will not result in a change to current land use.

This notification will remain in place from Monday, 10 March 2025 – Monday, 7 April 2025.

After this time, the road will be formally vested under the Crown Land Management Act 2016.

The gazette order will be published in the NSW Government Gazette on 11 April 2025.

Community feedback is not required as part of this vesting, as the use of the land will not change.
