A leaseholder(s) can apply to alter/vary their existing lease.
The application needs to be detailed and evidenced for the Minister to consider the request.
Only the registered leaseholder(s) can apply. The application form must be signed by all holders and any other party that holds a registered interest in the lease.
Each application is considered on merit and individual circumstances.
Alteration applications proposing significant changes to the lease terms and conditions may be refused and referred for further consideration under a new lease application.
